Arendal Apartments-In 2017-2018, Painted the interior and exterior of a 96–unit apartment complex and a community center. This project consisted of five buildings. The work required use of high man lifts and precise deadlines that were set by the GC.

Refurbished mechanical assemblies at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard-Preserved the mechanical components in dry dock 2, 4, and 5. This project was in the CIA clearance area of the shipyard. We removed rust, using a rust inhibiting primer, and applied two coats of a moisture-cured urethane to all mechanical components within the dry dock galleries.

Madrona Commons-Finished the repaint on the condominiums located on Bainbridge Island.

Vineyard Lane-Every year, Quality Coating completes work ranging from soffit painting to preserving cedar substrates on various buildings throughout the multi-unit condominium complex on Bainbridge Island. The task requires a wide range of technical elements, including tie-offs, 60 foot ladder work, five story scaffolding, and man lifts.

Lakewood Transit Center-Painted four transit stations and the stand-by areas for public transit users to stage. Applied an epoxy coating system to blasted steel structures. 

Cottonwood Elementary and Cougar Valley Elementary-Assisted in security upgrades to Central Kitsap School District (CKSD). Work included painting of both interior and exterior elevations.

Central Kitsap Maintenance Facility-Painted CKSD Maintenance Shop. Work included collaboration with contracted architect, multiple color schemes, painting wood, metal substrates, high lift work, tie-offs.

Command Building at Keyport 1003-Power washed concrete substrate and painted two coats, clearing any and all obstacles in the working path, coordinating required outages, and working within interruptions accordingly.

Roof coating and repaint at Naval Base Keyport-Contracted to apply a roof coating consisting of multiple coats in the roof coating system (carries a 10 year warranty) and painted a metal building on the waterfront of Keyport Naval Base.

Repaint of safety building at Naval Base Keyport 95-Building was previously painted with lead. We followed the required steps when proceeding with lead paint on existing substrates. The job required mandatory lead training, man lifts, painting of siding substrate, and painting of all deck surfaces.

Starbucks-Painted multiple Starbucks throughout Western Washington. The work included but not limited to interior and exterior painting, painting of mechanical systems, and line striping of pavement.

Naval housing repaints at Bangor Naval Base-In 2017-2020, on behalf of Hunt Military Communities, painted over 150 homes at Naval Base Kitsap.

Naval housing repaints at Lake Stevens Constitution Park-In 2019, on behalf of Hunt Military Communities, painted over 60 homes.

Manchester Water District-Painted new storage facility.

Quigg Brothers 72 bridge extension and improvements-In 2018, applied two coats of pigmented sealer to approximate 850 feet of bridge. During this project, our team was lowered below bridge deck by crane and platform to access paintable substrates.

Quigg Brothers Anchich Park-Assisted in painting and coating systems required at Anchich Park for the city of Gig Harbor. Work consisted of epoxy systems, GWB prep and paint. 

Lifecare Centers of America-From 2012-2019, Quality Coating has worked around Washington state in over ten skilled nursing facilities. We completed a wide variety of work in fully occupied spaces that include:  removing wallpaper, skim coating walls to create like new substrate, all while forming a containment system to capture dust that comes with sanding and skimming, texturing, painting of walls and trim.

Vikings Crest-In 2017, Quality Coating executed a large scale exterior paint job on ten buildings consisting of 12 units per building.

Striping at Jefferson Memorial Hospital-Line striping throughout the hospital parking lot and rooftop helicopter pad.

Bridge and Industrial Painting-The bulk of Quality Coating’s sizable volume of work is industrial steel and bridge sandblasting and coating, each project utilizing Quality Coating's staging, containment, logistical, and safety expertise.
